When it arrives
Pieces in stock leave within three working days, and made-to-order pieces in four to six weeks. We call you to choose a delivery day.
What it costs
Free on orders over $500, and $39 below that. Our white-glove team carries it to the room, sets it up and takes the packaging away.
Returns
Not right for the room? Tell us within thirty days and we collect it and refund you in full.
Warranty
Everything we make carries a five-year warranty on the frame and joints. Send us your order number and a photo, and we repair or replace it.
